I shopped AAA Progressive Liberty Mutual USAA and found Oakland Insurance continues to be the best independent agency. Melissa is great to work with. This year she proposed a change that would save me money without my prompting. Couldn't be happier. My adult children have switched to Oakland!

It’s difficult to navigate car insurance policies, especially in Michigan, and the people I worked with at Oakland Insurance were extremely helpful in finding something that would protect me and that I could actually afford. In MI, in my and my friends’ experiences, it’s not uncommon to find yourself paying more on car insurance than you paid for your car, often without even including collision coverage. They were able to find me a plan that was actually 50% of the monthly rate I had been paying previously, with higher protection and liability. Was very grateful for their guidance. Thank you!!

I've been with Oakland for many years with relatively solid service, however, I just added more business to my account and Sierra was exceptional at every point and truly a customer advocate. In times like these, any way to save money is appreciated and she did exactly that for me. Not sure about anyone else, but it's not often when anyone tries to save a customer money. Her actions will keep me at Oakland based on her quality of service and advocacy for me. Highly recommend her as an insurance agent!
